Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Glen Oaks Hospital offers Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to help support patients facing both behavioral health issues and substance use disorders. These outpatient programs are designed to provide a step down from inpatient hospitalization, or help patients find the stability they need in a less intensive care environment.

Intensive Outpatient Programming runs three days a week during the day from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Our Chemical Dependency IOP operates three days a week in the evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This program also provides case management and treatment planning services.

A confidential, no-cost assessment can help determine the right level of care for you. Call 903-454-6000, day or night.
