Harry’s journey in healthcare began in 2006, and his impressive career has spanned diverse roles, from coaching to recruiting physicians in underserved areas. He entered behavioral health as the Director of Business Development & Integrated Healthcare Strategies at TMC’s Behavioral Health Center, showcasing his dedication to transformative care.
In 2020, Harry assumed the role of CEO at TMC’s Behavioral Health Center during the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. His tenure was marked by exceptional achievements, including consistently exceeding budget expectations, successful TJC certification, the establishment of three outpatient programs, achieving a top 20% ranking in UHS BH Quality of Care, and recognition as a Cigna Center of Excellence. Harry’s commitment extends beyond healthcare. He actively supports local athletics, serving as the 7-on-7 coach for Denison High School, contributing to community development initiatives, and holding leadership positions in organizations such as the Texoma Behavioral Health Leadership Team and the Texas Hospital Association Leadership Development Council.
Harry is a devoted family man, cherishing the joys of parenthood with three children and the delight of being a grandparent to a 5-year-old granddaughter and a 10-month-old grandson. Dr. Sayed serves Glen Oaks Hospital as Facility Medical Director. With 25 years of experience serving the psychiatric needs of his patients, Dr. Sayed’s medical practice focuses on providing exceptional medical care that ensures every individual he treats comes away more empowered and educated with regards to their own recovery.
Dr. Sayed graduated from medical school at J.J.M. Medical College in India and completed his internship and residency in psychiatry with John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a board-certified psychiatrist. His professional goal aims to guide every one of his patients to ultimately living more fulfilling lives.

Clinical Dietitian
Jennifer graduated with her Master’s degree in family consumer science with an emphasis in nutrition. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Texas Women’s University. Jennifer is currently a member with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to help her keep informed with latest science regarding food and nutrition.
Jennifer has over 10 years’ experience as working as a dietitian in Texas. She has expertise in helping patients with behavioral health, diabetes, heart health, weight loss and weight management. Jennifer has a passion to help meet patients where they’re at in their overall journey with health and wellness. Her current role is helping patients to make informed decisions about their nutrition and how it effects their mental and physical health.
She currently teaches nutrition group with inpatients and outpatient programs and consults with patients one on one regarding their nutritional needs. Jennifer professional philosophy is all foods fit in a healthy diet that will nourish your body and mind. Jennifer is inspired daily by her family with life events and in her free time she likes to go to church, exercises, travel, and spend time with family and friends.

Nathan has been in the nursing profession since 2017. He serves Glen Oaks Hospital as Director of Nursing and leads his admissions team with the goal of greeting every patient compassionately while ensuring expedited quality care.
His Glen Oaks Hospital team works with a sense of urgency along with a genuine sense of care, knowing they have the honor of serving individuals in their most vulnerable moments of crisis. Nathan is currently enrolled at UT Tyler obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. On a personal note, Nathan loves to spend time outdoors and with his family.

Admissions and Intake Manager
Meredith is an LMSW and serves Glen Oaks Hospital on the clinical admissions team to ensure patients are receiving the highest quality admissions services. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
Meredith has a background in community-based non-profit service before discovering her passion for treating those struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. In these fields, she feels uniquely called to help those suffering from co-occurring illnesses. In her personal life she can be found enjoying country music or at live concerts.

Laura has served as the Human Resources Director at Glen Oaks Hospital since 2021. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, holds a SPHR certification, is a member of SHRM and their local affiliation, Texoma HR. With more than 17 years of Human Resources experience, Laura is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition and motivation solutions that help our hospital harness the full power of our most valuable assets – our people.
Laura started her HR career in 2005 in the community banking sector, where over the years she contributed to mid-size companies through management of recruiting, retention, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, benefits, and payroll. She has overseen multiple HRIS conversions, has been part of acquisition management, and has served as a point person on Crisis Management Teams. Laura attended nursing school early in her educational journey. While she did not pursue a career in the healthcare field at that time, Laura feels a connection to serving individuals who are in crisis and is excited to be part of the team at Glen Oaks.
Laura lives in Greenville with her husband and two children. They are actively involved in activities at GISD, attend church locally, and are involved in other areas of community outreach.

Jennifer serves Glen Oaks Hospital as Lead Liaison, and has lived in the northeast Texas area for over 25 years. She began her career in marketing with Glen Oaks Hospital in 2011. Her prior professional experience in banking, insurance, and home health/hospice care offered the foundation that led her to ultimately find her passion in helping those struggling with mental illness. Jennifer is passionate about mental WELLNESS education and finding the right resources and services to assist individuals and families in their mental health journey.
Her professional philosophy revolves around the importance of building relationships with the communities and healthcare professionals served by Glen Oaks Hospital. Her most enjoyable time is any time spent with family, her horses, dogs and cats. Her other hobbies include: western art, gardening.

Noelle Carmen

As Director of Business Development for Glen Oaks, Noelle focuses on creating quality relationships with the community outreach and with other health care providers. She believes that the connection between diverse providers creates a continuity of care that leads to the best outcomes for patients.
Noelle is dedicated to promoting compassion and reducing stigma among individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use disorders. Noelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Pre-Medicine and Psychology) from Texas A&M in College Station and is currently attending the University of Texas at Arlington in pursuit of her master’s degree in social work; she also works with probationers who struggle with addiction as an LCDCI and as a professional interventionist.
Her personal passions include theatrical direction, (she has written and directed over 45 productions in the Dallas/FW area), performing classical and jazz, (she sings with a jazz band) and long-distance running (she loves to run races– especially marathons).

Mohannad Hanash is the Director of Plant Operations at Glen Oaks Hospital, bringing over 21 years of experience in operations and maintenance to his role. Married for 18 years, Mohannad is a devoted family man with three children, two sons, and a daughter. With a diverse background, including serving the US government in Iraq from 2005 to 2015 and extensive experience in hospitality and Assisted Living communities, Mohannad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position at Glen Oaks Hospital.
In his role, Mohannad is dedicated to ensuring that patients have a comfortable and safe environment during their stay, while also prioritizing the safety and well-being of the hospital staff. He is proud to be a part of the Glen Oaks Hospital team and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and service in his work.

Nicole Fisher is a highly accomplished registered nurse with an impressive 34-year track record in mental health care. Throughout her extensive career, Nicole has remained deeply committed to enhancing the well-being of her patients through compassionate care and unwavering advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Utilization Review at Glen Oaks Hospital, Nicole dedicates herself tirelessly to ensuring optimal care for her patients while navigating the complexities of insurance coverage and community resources.
Nicole’s passion for mental health care is evident in her steadfast belief that every individual, regardless of financial means, deserves access to top-tier care. Her broad expertise spans working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicole finds joy in cherished moments with her family, which includes three beloved grandchildren. An accomplished cook, Nicole delights in sharing her culinary creations and exchanging recipes with others. Additionally, she is an avid reader who eagerly shares her favorite literary finds with fellow enthusiasts, embodying a lifelong commitment to learning and enrichment.

Ronda Sylvia is an accomplished healthcare professional with a distinguished career in nursing leadership and patient care. With a solid foundation from Paris Junior College, where she obtained her LVN and AND, Ronda furthered her education at the University of Texas at Arlington, earning her BSN. Her journey led her to Glen Oaks Hospital (GOH), where she has served as the Director of Nursing and Risk Management for the past six years.
Throughout her tenure, Ronda has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in nursing management, overseeing critical aspects of patient care and safety. With a career spanning six years in nursing leadership roles and an additional six years in direct patient care, Ronda brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role.
Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of her patients, Ronda is committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality care each day. Her dedication to excellence and patient-centered approach exemplify her unwavering commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing patient experiences at GOH.

With over four decades of dedicated service in the nursing profession, Anita Allen epitomizes the essence of compassionate care. Her journey commenced during her formative years, as she delved into nursing through high school programs, shaping her into a proficient nurse aide. Progressing from a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to a Registered Nurse (RN), she embraced diverse clinical settings, including Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), Medical-Surgical (Med Surg), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environments, both in hospitals and Home Health care.
For over twelve years, Anita served as a Director of Nursing in nursing homes, showcasing leadership prowess and a commitment to excellence. Her tenure at Glen Oaks Hospital spans two decades, reflecting unwavering loyalty and a deep-seated passion for psychiatric nursing. Here, she finds fulfillment in the specialized nature of psychiatric care, distinguishing it as a noble vocation rather than merely a facet of patient care.

Julia Garner is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM), specializing in Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) practices. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Julia’s multifaceted background underscores her commitment to holistic healthcare.
Throughout her career, Julia has been a beacon of service and leadership. Her contributions have been recognized with the prestigious Martha Allen Award at Terrell State Hospital (TSH). Beyond her professional endeavors, Julia actively engages with her community, serving on the Board of Directors for NAMI Kaufman and dedicating two years to the Kiwanis Club of Kaufman.
Julia’s impact extends beyond the boardroom as she has chaired numerous committees and events, including Holiday Happenings, Christmas Float, and Banquet Committees at Terrell State Hospital for five consecutive years. Her organizational prowess and creative flair shine through as she directs dance productions, orchestrates decorations, and coordinates caterers with finesse.
Committed to mental health advocacy, Julia spearheaded the organization of the NAMI walk at Terrell State Hospital, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to thrive today. Her dedication to community involvement is further evidenced by her leadership as Relay for Life Kaufman team Lead for four years.
Beyond her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Julia finds solace and expression in her hobbies, including painting, gardening, and showing cutting horses. Rooted in Dallas, Texas, Julia’s lifelong passion for dance, cultivated over two decades of study, reflects her enduring commitment to artistic expression and discipline.

Jennifer Stevens is the Chief Financial Officer for Glen Oaks Hospital, bringing over 15 years of experience in accounting, including 4 years in the medical field and 2 years in behavioral health. She joined Universal Health Services (UHS) in February 2022 as a CFO in Training, later becoming the interim CFO at Glen Oaks in February 2023 before being hired full-time in May 2023.
Originally from the Hill Country, Jennifer has lived in the San Marcos-Austin area for 25 years before relocating with her family to her current home in May. She holds a Master’s in Accounting (MACY) and a Bachelor of Arts in English, having returned to school in her 30s after being a stay-at-home mom to her four children. Her discovery of a passion for accounting happened unexpectedly while filling in for a role at a previous job.
Jennifer has been married for 27 years, and she and her husband enjoy live music, dining out, and spending quality time with friends and family. With a deep commitment to Glen Oaks Hospital and the mission of behavioral healthcare, she believes in the importance of the work done by the team and is dedicated to supporting their efforts in providing compassionate care.

Kelly Stevens, PharmD, is a dedicated and compassionate pharmacist with over two decades of experience in the field. A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native, Kelly earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University School of Pharmacy. After beginning her career in Las Vegas, Nevada, she relocated to the Dallas, Texas area in 2014. Throughout her career, Kelly has held a variety of roles, including staffing, supervisory positions, and Director of Pharmacy, always striving for excellence in every capacity.
Kelly is passionate about medication management and ensuring optimal patient outcomes, finding immense fulfillment in knowing she’s made a difference in the lives of those she serves. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing the practice of pharmacy, and she is deeply committed to the impact her team has on improving patient care. Outside of work, Kelly has been married for 24 years and is a proud mother of four. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants and cuisines both locally and while traveling.

Throughout her tenure at Glen Oaks, Amy has served in multiple clinical and leadership positions, including Floor Nurse, House Supervisor, and Nurse Manager. Her broad experience across direct patient care and operational leadership provides her with a comprehensive understanding of hospital systems, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
As Director of Risk Management, Amy is dedicated to promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring staff, fostering professional growth, and ensuring best practices that enhance patient outcomes. Shawn Hughes serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at Glen Oaks Hospital, where he leads clinical programming and strategic growth initiatives to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care. In this role, Shawn oversees outpatient operations, supports multidisciplinary treatment teams, and strengthens community partnerships to ensure patients receive compassionate, evidence-based care across the continuum of services.
Shawn graduated with a degree in Counseling Psychology from Abilene Christian Academy, where he developed a strong foundation in psychological theory, therapeutic practice, and ethical leadership. His academic training continues to inform his person-centered approach to care and program development. Prior to joining Glen Oaks Hospital, Shawn gained extensive experience managing behavioral health initiatives with Humana, where he worked within Affordable Care Act frameworks to improve access, coordination, and affordability of behavioral health services. His work focused on aligning clinical excellence with operational efficiency to better serve individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.
Shawn is deeply passionate about advancing mental healthcare accessibility, reducing stigma, and building innovative outpatient programs that meet the evolving needs of the communities he serves.

Toni Alberts, Director of Clinical Services, is a driven and purpose-filled clinical leader who brings both strength and heart to behavioral health care. As Director of Clinical Services she leads with clarity, high expectations, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered treatment. Her leadership style is structured but supportive. She values accountability, strong documentation practices, efficient systems, and ethical care — but equally values encouragement, affirmation, and developing confidence in emerging clinicians. She does not shy away from difficult conversations, because she understands that growth often requires discomfort.
Toni’s passion for this work is personal. Having witnessed and overcome significant adversity in her own life, she chose this field not just as a career, but as a mission — to change generational patterns, elevate standards of care, and help others break cycles of trauma and dysfunction. She understands struggle from the inside out, which gives her both empathy and edge in her clinical leadership. She thrives in high-acuity environments, excels at problem-solving under pressure, and is often the steady voice in chaotic moments. Her colleagues describe her as resilient, proactive, and fiercely protective of both her patients and her staff.
Beyond her role, Toni is deeply family-oriented; married for over 20 years with 2 children and 4 grand children.
