Outpatient Treatment at Glen Oaks Hospital

Glen Oaks Hospital offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults who are able to participate in an outpatient level of care. Outpatient programming is geared toward adults who need a supportive and structured environment but do not require inpatient services.

The Partial Hospitalization Program is offered five days a week and includes breakfast and lunch.

Intensive Outpatient Programming is provided three days a week, and we offer both behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. The Chemical Dependency IOP meets three days a week and offers case management and treatment planning services.

Our young adult outpatient program provides structure and support while around peers who are in the same age and stages of life.

Outpatient programs provide the extra support needed following inpatient hospitalization or helps patients regain stability during a difficult time.

If distance is an issue, we offer lodging through our New Leaf program. Structured after-hours activities include group therapy, physical activity and participation in community groups such as AA meetings. Our goal is to restore an individual’s functioning at home and in the community free of the systems that necessitated hospitalization. Meals are also included.
